Growth Technology BetterGrow Perlite is medium-grade (grade 35) and produced from a naturally occurring non-toxic, volcanic rock which is heated to a high temperature to produce a lightweight micro-porous structure. The perlite is ideal for rooting cuttings. It absorbs and holds vast amounts of air and moisture, while improving aeration and drainage. A basic mixing ingredient in a convenient 3 litre bag.
