How much does delivery cost?

Plant delivery is £6.99 to UK mainland and delivery is free on orders over £60 (unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery over £60 to Northern Ireland or the Channel Islands). Shipping to Northern Ireland is £10.99 and the Channel Islands is £15.99. 

Orders containing e-gift vouchers or greeting cards do not incur a delivery charge. 

When are your delivery days? 

Congrats on your HoK order! Our plant shipping days are Monday to Thursday. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days via 24hr courier. Non-plant orders are shipped on Monday to Friday. 

Orders placed with priority shipping will be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm, or otherwise the following day (not including Friday if the order contains plants).

Orders placed with Saturday delivery up to 12pm Friday, will ship on Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Friday.

Please note: Delays can occur at peak times or when weather conditions prevent shipment.

How long does delivery take? 

We aim to process orders within is 1-3 days, excluding weekends (and Fridays where orders contain plants). To keep track of your order status, simply log into your account on our website.
 
We will email you a confirmation email and a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship in winter? 

We ship right through winter. We include heat packs where necessary but when temperatures fall below zero, we halt shipping of all plants. Typically this is only for a day or so at a time but it may end up being for an extended period if the weather is particularly bad.

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently we do not, we can only deliver to the UK. 

Is your packaging recyclable?

All of our packing is made from recycled materials and can also be recycled. Our packing peanuts are made from starch, they are biodegradable and can be dissolved in water or composted. 

Click & Collect

Orders are available for free same day click & collect from our unit, if you would like click & collect please drop us an email at info@houseofkojo.com after you place your order and we can refund the delivery cost and arrange collection.

Can I collect my order?

Yes! Local collection is available from our Leeds warehouse at Unit C4, Burley Hill Trading Estate, Leeds, LS4 2PU. 

Collection is available between the hours of 10am - 5pm, Monday - Friday.  Please be aware collection is not available outside of those times.

Please contact us to let us know when you are swinging by so we can ensure your order is prepared upon arrival.

More so, if you decide you would like to collect an order after you have paid for delivery, please drop us an email at info@houseofkojo.com and if the order is yet to be processed we can refund the delivery cost and arrange collection.

How will I know my order has been processed?

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

What do I do if nobody is home at the time of delivery?

If you know you will not be home on the day of delivery please follow the link in your tracking email where you can find information on instructing the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour, or at a local collection point.
