How much does delivery cost?

Plant delivery is £6.99 to UK, Tracked Delivery via DPD. Delivery to France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg is £13.99 2-3 Days Delivery via DPD.

When are your delivery days?

Our delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. Orders are aimed to be dispatched next working day with next day tracked delivery via DPD. Short delays may occur.

Do you deliver to the USA?

Currently we do not, we deliver to the UK, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg.

How long does delivery take? 

Plants are dispatched next working day Mon-Thu for Next Day Delivery to UK. Plants to France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg are dispatched on Mon & Tue only and are delivered 2-3 days Tracked. On the rare occasion there are any delays to your order you will be notified asap.

Delays in delivery due to Covid-19 may be expected for which we cannot be responsible, please contact us if you are unsure.

Click & Collect

Orders are available for free same day click & collect, if you would like click & collect please drop us an email at info@houseofkojo.com after you place your order and we can refund the delivery cost and arrange collection. Please note that this is not currently a retail space and we can only take orders through the website. 

How do I collect?

You can collect from our unit at Unit 9, Earlsway Trade Park, Team Valley, Gateshead NE11 0QG. Our times for collection are Monday-Friday between 7am-2pm, please be aware collection will not be available outside of those times.

When do I collect?

Your order will be ready for collection same day, if you want to collect on a specific day please mention this in your email. 

How will I know my order has been processed?

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been processed.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a conformation email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

What do I do if nobody is home at the time of delivery?

If you know you will not be home on the day of delivery please contact DPD directly through your tracking details where you can instruct them to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Payment

When do I pay?

Payment must be made when you place your order.

How do I make a payment?

Payments can be made securely online by using a debit/credit card.
