Fulfilment and Operations Assistant
We're on the lookout for a Fulfilment and Operations Assistant to join our growing team.
Location: Leeds, UK
Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.50p/h
Your primary role will be packing orders, with around 1000 species of rare and unusual houseplants these orders will be of all shapes and sizes. This role is vital to our business as it ensures each of our happy customers receives their order/s in a timely manner whilst ensuring they are all packed securely.
The ideal candidate will be very organised, and hands-on and will maximise the production and operational efficiency of the business. You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are dispatched quickly whilst maintaining the high quality of our products.

Sales and Purchasing Administrator
As the team expands once again, we're on the look out for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales & Purchasing Admin.
Location: Leeds, UK
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive and subject to experience
As a Sales and Purchasing Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales and purchasing functions within the business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of purchase and sales orders, managing inventory, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and logistics teams. Attention to detail and strong excel skills are essential for success in this role.
Key responsibilities:

Processing sales orders

Raising sales invoices and credit notes

Liaising with accounts regarding shipment timescales

Creating quotes and pro-forma invoices

Arranging shipments including Export Declarations

Raising purchase orders

Managing supplier queries, delivery dates and import administration

Managing supplier price changes

Creating weekly and monthly reports

Answering and redirecting phone calls

Managing the software
Experience required:
