Delivery costs
Delivery is free on UK mainland orders over £60 (Economy service). Rates depend on your order value and chosen service:

Orders containing only e-gift cards do not incur a delivery charge.
Dispatch times
Orders containing plants dispatch Monday to Thursday. We do not ship plants on Fridays so they never sit in the post over a weekend. Orders without plants also dispatch on Fridays. We cannot ship plants on bank holidays.
- Express: dispatched same day if ordered before 1pm, otherwise the next shipping day.
- Standard: dispatched within 2-3 working days.
- Economy: dispatched within 4-5 working days.
All parcels travel on 24-hour tracked services with DPD Local or Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will receive tracking details by email at dispatch. If an Express order is not delivered within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us at info@houseofkojo.com and we will refund the difference against Economy delivery.
Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK mainland. Due to changes in customs arrangements we have temporarily paused shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Because plants travel on 24-hour services, we are unable to ship to some remote postcodes where next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands (AB37 to AB56, HS, IV, KW, KA27 and KA28, PA20 to PA88, PH17 to PH50, ZE), the Isle of Man (IM), the Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25) and some LA and CA postcodes. If you are unsure about your postcode, email info@houseofkojo.com before ordering.
Weather and winter shipping
We ship year round, subject to temperature. When overnight temperatures drop too low for safe transit we hold plant orders until a safe weather window opens, typically a day or two, and email you if your order is affected. Dispatch can also be delayed at peak times.
Local collection
Free collection is available from Hall Nurseries, Upper Helmsley, York, YO41 1JY. Choose collection at checkout and wait for the email confirming your order is ready (usually within 24 hours). Collection hours are 10am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
