Alocasia comes from the family Araceae. There are 79 species native to tropical and subtropical Asia to Eastern Australia. Loco is a rare form of Alocasia with triangular leaves with rippled leaf edges and silver veins. A real head-turner.

Unusual small plant!

A very unusual looking plant which was exactly what I wanted. Arrived smaller than I expected which was fine, with only 4 leaves but one had broken in transit. I wasn’t too worried though but over the last week I have noticed yellowing on another leaf. It was incredibly wet when it arrived which I was surprised about and I’m not sure if this has something to do with it. Fingers crossed!

What an unusual plant, fantastic for those people looking for something different. An acceptably priced alocasia of a rare type, was a bit smaller and underdeveloped than I expected but that’s ok i like small plants that i can grow on
