about this plant
about this plant
This is a plant that is loved for its hues. The foliage spirals tightly from the centre, with a textured, puckered surface that catches light in shifting tones of copper, deep burgundy, and metallic silver. Each leaf is asymmetrical and heavily veined, and the colour shifts depending on the angle and intensity of the light. It is a compact grower that stays manageable in size, making it well-suited to terrariums, shelves, or a curated indoor display. Rex Begonias are grown exclusively for their foliage, and 'Inca Flame' delivers on that front emphatically.
