Lovely shape and great packaging, but quite a few leaf blemishes
This Calathea Orbifolia has a lovely overall shape and makes a great addition to my collection. It arrived beautifully and securely packaged. However, I am giving it this score because 5 out of the 7 leaves arrived with noticeable blemishes, including cosmetic scars, dry brown spots, and a needle-sized hole in the middle of one leaf. There are also two previously cut stems at the base. On the positive side, both the lowest leaf and the newest top leaf appear unaffected and clean. I am still a bit concerned it could be a more serious underlying issue so I will be monitoring it closely to ensure new growth stays healthy.

Healthy looking and beautiful
Blown away by this calathea!! Have been after one for a while but have had awful experiences with calathea’s and spider mites in the past so avoided for many years, decided to give them another go, this plant arrived in great condition with no pests to be seen however I do not fully trust calatheas so it is in quarantine where it will remain for at least 40 days to be safe.
