I haven't used this yet but I read many good things about this product. As far as I understand, you need to add about 5-15% of worm castings to your compost for maximum benefit. Price here at GT is very decent, you are unlikely to find it cheaper elsewhere, and the packaging is convenient with varying pack sizes.
I add this to a the soil mixes for all of my begonias now and they seem to love it
